We’re a family business, and honest word of mouth is how we grow. If we’ve worked on your home, we’d be grateful for a few words — and if you’re still deciding, this is the place to hear from the folks we’ve worked for.
Jason is one of the hardest working and honest men I know. I never feel any with our anxiety when requesting any of his devices. I can’t tell you how rare and a relief it is to be able to say that. He gets it done with excellence in mind and integrity most importantly. Thanks Jason!

He pays close attention to detail and makes sure the job is done right. He is friendly, respectful, and trustworthy, and I’m very pleased with the quality of his work. I would absolutely use Jason Pilarski again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable person to complete any project.
Pilarski Remodeling built out the walk-in closet in our bedroom and laid hardwood floors for us. I’d hire him again without getting other quotes.
The scope covered a lot of trades — hardwood, drywall hung and mudded and sanded, painting, and shelving installed. All of it came out clean.
What stood out even more than the work was the communication. He asked about everything he could think of up front, and anytime something came up that we hadn’t already talked through, he stopped and asked before doing it. I never walked in on a decision someone else had made for me. When my wife wanted extra shelves added, he worked them in without any fuss.
The only hiccup wasn’t on him — our light fixtures never came in. He offered to come back out and install them once they arrived; we just went ahead and wired them ourselves rather than make him drive back.
If you’re in the Barbourville area and need someone you’re comfortable leaving in your house, this is who I’d call.
